At Turfgrass®, we believe in the benefit of continuous improvement. Recently, our global team came together for our annual think-tank, a time for self-evaluation and group collaboration. Led by Julian Mooney our Director of Agronomy, we engaged in a thorough review of our agronomy consultancy procedures, with the aim of refining our approach across our diverse team and client base.
“This year’s think-tank provided our team with the opportunity to revisit our agronomy consultancy procedures and explore ways to increase consistency in our service offering,” remarked Mooney.
Our focus remains steadfast: to better golf course conditioning by fostering consistency in our evaluation processes. Our technical team meticulously examined turf and golf course conditioning at Bray Golf Club with the aim of seeking enhanced consistency and incremental improvements in our consultancy service. By aligning our evaluation process, we are striving to provide a more consistent level of service to our global customer base. This approach ensures that each golf course we work with receives thoughtful attention and tailored recommendations suited to its individual requirements.
