Known for its exceptional golf, recreational, and social activities, the club offers a distinguished member experience rooted in a rich history and a commitment to gracious hospitality.

To assist in the recruitment process, Turfgrass® utilized Insights Discovery, a psychometric tool, to assess candidates’ behavioural traits. This helped management identify individuals who not only had the right agronomic expertise but also aligned with the club’s team dynamics and values.

Working closely with the club’s management, Turfgrass® gained a thorough understanding of their specific needs, ensuring candidates were both technically qualified and culturally compatible.
