Turfgrass® is proud to be a key collaborator in the development of Curracloe Links, a landmark golf course project in Southeast Ireland set to open in 2026. Situated less than two hours south of Dublin and adjacent to the stunning Curracloe Beach, this €20-million development by Neville Hotels is designed by the acclaimed team of Dana Fry and Jason Straka. When completed, Curracloe Links will introduce golfers worldwide to the captivating beauty of Ireland’s Ancient East, an area famed for its sunshine and seaside allure.

Turfgrass® has been involved since the project’s inception, leveraging their experience with the Fry Straka team to deliver a multi-phase approach. This includes providing the architect’s brief, planning assistance, construction specifications, laboratory testing analysis, and a detailed bill of quantities and scope of works during the initial stages. Further contributions include developing drainage and pre-construction plans, a comprehensive Golf Course Management Plan, and an Environmental Management Plan. Throughout the construction phase, Turfgrass® ensures meticulous oversight with regular agronomy site visits and expert input to guarantee the highest standards.

As part of the larger Ravenport Resort development, Curracloe Links represents the realisation of a 25-year dream, poised to become a premier golf destination and showcase the unspoiled charm of Ireland’s southeast.
