Turfgrass® is excited to support Les Bordes Golf Club, a premier private golf destination in the Loire Valley, France, during this particularly hot summer. Turfgrass® carried out a detailed audit of the golf courses and now are rolling out a strategic consultancy programme designed to elevate the conditioning of les Bordes’ renowned courses. This initiative has Senior Agronomist Jonathan Pendry and Paul Avison managing this project, assessing and refining turf management practices across the New, Old and Wild Piglet Courses.

In collaboration with the club’s dedicated team, Turfgrass® reviewed maintenance practices across all areas of the course, including greens, tees, fairways, and bunkers. The evaluation also encompassed a thorough examination of machinery and irrigation systems to ensure the optimal management of maintenance tasks.

The result of this extensive assessment is a comprehensive report outlining actionable recommendations designed to enhance operational efficiency while upholding the high-quality standards synonymous with Les Bordes Golf Club. By implementing these insights, the club seeks to further elevate the exceptional golfing experience it offers to its members and guests.
