A Scottish Links Gem

Originally designed by Willie Campbell, this golf course has transformed into a masterpiece following DJ Russell’s redesign and reopening in 2018. It proudly holds a position within the top 50 in the UK & Ireland and the top 20 in Scotland. The strategic run-offs, contoured greens and revetted bunkers offer a variety of shot selections, sparking the imagination around the greens. Turfgrass® collaborated with The Machrie to support the club’s ongoing success in recent years, to improve conditioning to compliment this fantastic stretch of land in Scotland.
