An exclusive Golf Course in the heart of nature near St Tropez

On the sprawling 800-hectare property, a family collaboration between renowned architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Jr. crafted this masterpiece amid the parasol pines in Provence. Today, Vidauban Golf Club boasts a discreet membership passionate about the game.

In 2003, Turfgrass® began the journey with Vidauban. After extensive research on water conservation, we undertook an environmental restoration project, managing the entire development process. This included crafting both the build and agronomic specifications, bill of quantities, overseeing construction, grow-in and maintenance agronomy. The golf course was elevated to the highest international standards, incorporating the very latest in irrigation and drainage.

In 2021, a comprehensive bunker restoration project reduced the sand area by 50% while preserving the golf course’s distinctive style. Turfgrass® is proud of our enduring partnership with the Vidauban Golf Club team.

Project Testimonial

Since 2003, Turfgrass have assisted us on our agronomic development and plan for a more sustainable course maintenance program.

In 2008, Turfgrass designed and developed a research station on site with the focus on water conservation and seed selection. The three years of data helped us develop a renovation case study which Turfgrass transformed into reality over the last 18 months.

Turfgrass has been a reliable and professional partner in all phases of our project, understanding our agronomy future goals, including the project management of our renovation and our recruitment process.
